1968 – present
Allison **The Duchess of Doom** Fisher dominated women's pool more completely than any player of the modern era. After winning eleven world snooker titles in the early 1990s, she switched to American pool in 1995 and immediately set about rewriting the WPBA record book.
Fisher won the WPBA Player of the Year award eight times and held the world No. 1 ranking for the better part of a decade. She captured more than 80 WPBA Classic Tour titles, plus multiple WPA World Nine-ball and Ten-ball Championships.
Known for a textbook stroke, military-discipline pre-shot routine, and ice-cold safety play, she was inducted into the BCA Hall of Fame in 2009 and the WPBA Hall of Fame in 2013.
