Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your venue settings. Phase 4b ships the in-app upgrade flow with Stripe Checkout and prorated charges.
Do you offer a free trial?
Most paid tiers include a free trial — check the badge on each tier card for the day count. No credit card required to start.
What happens if my venue grows past my tier?
We'll notify you when you cross any per-tier limit (tables, staff, tournaments) and prompt an upgrade. Existing data is never deleted on a downgrade.
Are there any setup fees?
No. All tiers ship the same onboarding flow at no charge. Custom enterprise integrations are scoped + quoted separately.
